The OCONUS Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and closeout of TCOM programs in Saudi Arabia, overseeing budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure customer acceptance and compliance with contract requirements. The role serves as the primary liaison between the CONUS PMO, end users, and in‑country partners, utilizing earned value management and supporting business development initiatives.
