About this role
The Safeguarding Officer supports the integration of safeguarding principles into IRC project implementation across North and South Kivu, ensuring programs respect clients' dignity and adhere to IRC safeguarding policies and humanitarian principles. The role is based in Goma with regular field travel and reports to the Safeguarding Manager. The Officer contributes to strengthening partner and staff accountability to prevent abuse and exploitation.
