Safeguarding Officer

The Safeguarding Officer provides expertise and guidance to the Country Office team to mitigate risks of sexual abuse, exploitation, bullying, and discrimination for staff and beneficiaries in Ukraine. Reporting to the Country Director, this role involves responding to violations, delivering training, establishing referral mechanisms, and collaborating with HR and partners to ensure minimum safeguarding standards are met.
