Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields1-3 years experience in microfinance, credit placement, banking, cooperatives, NGOs, or economic development programsKnowledge of Panamanian business context, especially micro and small businesses, informal economy, and subsistence or growth entrepreneurshipExperience in credit evaluation, payment capacity analysis, and loan portfolio managementExperience working with vulnerable populations, including refugees, migrants, or host communities
