About this role
The Senior Economic Recovery and Development Officer will coordinate and implement the IRC's ERD portfolio in Colombia, ensuring technical and operational quality and adherence to donor objectives. The role focuses on strengthening livelihoods, socioeconomic integration and resilience of migrants, returnees and host communities through cash assistance, financial inclusion, employment and entrepreneurship initiatives. The officer will support implementing teams and partners, manage key program processes, and represent IRC in national and territorial coordination fora.
