OhioRISE CME Intern

This part-time position involves contacting youth and families by telephone to introduce the OhioRISE Care Management Entity, explain the program, and obtain verbal consent for care coordination. The role requires documenting all outreach attempts and communications in compliance with OhioRISE, Medicaid, and organizational standards. The intern will support Care Coordinators and supervisors with initial activities, review documentation for accuracy, and maintain strict confidentiality of member information.
