An experienced Okta Delivery Lead is needed to guide a discovery and assessment engagement across enterprise Okta environments. This role focuses on reviewing existing identity and access management implementations and providing strategic advisory guidance rather than hands-on configuration. The scope is expected to grow across additional client environments as the engagement progresses.
Altitude is a clinician-level execution platform that helps healthcare organizations manage chronic conditions at scale. It builds clinician capability through AI-driven, context-aware recommendations at the point of care, and closes execution gaps in real time. Altitude also provides a physician-supervised virtual care team to support patient outreach, lab orders, referrals, and ongoing monitoring between visits.
