The Older Youth Leader serves as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor for a class of 20-25 students, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development. This part-time position requires establishing authority through leadership, communication, and patience to help students reach their potential. The role involves providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity while supporting positive behavior choices.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
