Think Together
The Program Leader works with an assigned group of students in an in-person setting, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. This part-time position is based in districts and school sites throughout California, focusing on providing a safe and nurturing environment for student growth and development. The role involves leading students, maintaining high standards for behavior and safety, and supporting their academic and personal progress.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
