Omni Team Engineer

The Omni team at Hark is building the next generation of AI experiences beyond text, enabling models to understand and generate content across multiple modalities, including text, audio, and vision. This hands-on, individual-contributor role involves building evaluation suites, data pipelines, and RL training environments to support model research and production systems. The engineer will work closely with researchers to turn hypotheses into measurable evaluations and improve model capabilities.
