The Conference Support Analyst on GLG’s Omnichannel Operations team helps ensure the reliability and quality of the firm’s communications and conference systems that enable client decision-making. Reporting to the Manager of Omnichannel Operations, the role partners with engineering and global teams to maximize service quality and deliver an exceptional client experience. The position contributes to system reliability by diagnosing issues, tracking trends, and supporting continuous improvement across communication channels.
