Onboarding Associate

General Medicine is hiring an Onboarding Associate to support clinician onboarding during a period of rapid growth. This hands-on, detail-oriented role focuses on making the transition from offer acceptance to first shift seamless by owning end-to-end onboarding workflows, guiding clinicians through documentation and system setup, and ensuring compliance and readiness for independent practice. The role involves close collaboration with Recruiting, Clinical Operations, and People Operations to deliver a welcoming and structured first experience for clinicians.
