This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience from pre-employment screenings through initial training. The position involves coordinating onboarding schedules, managing learning management system administration, and ensuring all new hire requirements are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will support the People Services team with process improvements and administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
