Onboarding Coordinator

This role ensures every new hire feels welcomed and prepared from offer acceptance through their first 90 days, coordinating with leadership and HR to streamline system access, training, and compliance. The position involves building strong relationships with community leaders and continuously improving onboarding processes as the organization grows.
