Ongoing Formation & Training Specialist

The Ongoing Formation & Training Specialist supports the Knights of Columbus by developing and managing a scalable training and faith formation infrastructure for state, regional, and council Evangelization and Faith Formation (EFF) directors and leaders. The role involves creating and curating content for ongoing faith formation, facilitating train-the-trainer modules, and providing leadership support to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization's mission. This position connects regional and local EFF leaders through structured training and self-learning opportunities.
