Operation Excellence Manager

The Operations Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering across TrueNorth Steel manufacturing sites, directing teams to deliver solutions that improve margins, quality, and productivity. This role involves establishing operational excellence strategies, developing actionable improvement plans, and ensuring successful initiatives are converted into approved standards and cross-site deployments. The position requires partnering with operations, finance, quality, and safety leaders to identify bottlenecks, validate financial benefits, and maintain safety and quality standards.
