Operational Enablement Specialist

The Operational Enablement Specialist at AutoFi designs and maintains foundational and advanced learning experiences that support both human teams and AI-driven systems. The role owns the full lifecycle of internal enablement content, including training an AI Agent to handle complex operational and industry-specific questions.
