Sojourn House is seeking an Operations Administrator for an 18-month full-time contract to provide parental leave coverage. This role reports to the Manager of Finance and Administration and offers administrative and operational support across the organization. The position involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and supporting financial administration in a dynamic shelter environment.
Sojourn House is a Toronto-based nonprofit that has been providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, and wraparound support services to refugees and newcomers since 1987. Its programs include 24/7 emergency shelter, transitional housing, outreach and housing stabilization, an on-site health clinic, food services, and youth life-skills programs. Operating with a trauma-informed, community-centred approach, Sojourn House helps newcomers achieve dignity, stability, and a strong foundation for long-term independence in Canada.
