Operations Associate

This role is responsible for the daily and weekly maintenance of pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and ensuring DOT compliance for driver files. The position serves as a liaison for internal customer support and manages the tracking and closeout of return goods for the private fleet. The associate handles various administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing, while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing workload.
