Operations Change Coordinator

The Operations Change Coordinator supports FinWise Bank's culture of innovation by onboarding new strategic programs, implementing new ideas, and managing change within the organization. This role serves as the key business owner for assigned operations systems, ensuring system controls, policy compliance, and excellent customer experiences for onboarded programs.
