The role leads the design, implementation, and oversight of first‑line and 1.5‑line control frameworks for Sun Life's Life & Health business in Hong Kong. It ensures operational controls meet regulatory expectations, safeguards the company’s license, and drives enterprise‑wide risk mitigation and remediation initiatives while advising senior management on control health and emerging risks.
