Operations Development Program (DART Ops - Southeast)

The DART Ops program is a structured, in-person rotational development program that prepares early-career talent for future store leadership roles within a dealership environment. Participants rotate through core store functions including Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and Back Office to gain broad operational exposure. The program includes onboarding, mentorship, hands-on training, and leadership exposure across stores in the Southeast region.
