Operations Engineer – III-V Photonics Manufacturing

This role involves leading the full manufacturing lifecycle of III-V photonic components, from new product introduction through high-volume production, at foundry and OSAT partners in Taiwan and Asia. The engineer will oversee wafer processing, assembly, and testing operations while driving yield improvements and process qualification. Collaboration with global engineering teams and manufacturing partners is essential to scale capacity and ensure product reliability.
