About this role

The Operations Engineer (Starlink) will design and implement physical and digital factory systems to enable high-volume production of Starlink user terminals, silicon-packaged chips, and solar cells. The role supports factory layout, capacity planning, project scheduling, and capital project delivery while ensuring quality, manufacturability, throughput, and cost targets are met. The engineer will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and external contractors in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This position is onsite in Bastrop, TX and requires availability for extended hours and limited travel.
