Operations Executive

The Operations Executive supports the Operations Team Leader/Manager by handling invoice verification, flight allocations, and the creation and distribution of private travel itineraries and related documentation. The role also includes coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met, as well as performing reception and stockroom duties on a roster basis.
