About this role
The Operations Expert provides technical direction and resources to claims, customer service, and membership teams to support day-to-day operations within a healthcare organization. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a structured Monday–Friday schedule and onsite work required two days per week.
