Operations Intern

The Westfield Specialty Intern Program offers a paid, ten-week opportunity for students to gain firsthand insight into the insurance business through classroom and on-the-job training. Participants work side-by-side with industry leaders on dynamic projects, attend weekly learning sessions with senior leaders, and engage in a formal mentorship program.
