Underwriting Intern

The Westfield Specialty Intern Program is a paid, ten-week opportunity for students to gain firsthand insight into the insurance business through hands-on experience and mentorship. Underwriting Interns support underwriting teams by conducting research, analyzing risks, and assisting with complex insurance applications while developing foundational technical and analytical skills. Participants engage in meaningful project work, shadow industry leaders, and contribute to ongoing departmental initiatives within a fast-growing insurance company.
