The Operations Lead is a store leadership role responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency while coaching and developing the operations team. This role partners closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and General Manager to execute company directives, manage inventory and facilities, and ensure strong in-store standards. The Operations Lead also supports cross-functional collaboration to deliver an excellent guest experience and maintain business performance.
