The Operations Leadership Development Program, Experienced Track (OLDP-EXP) is a two-year rotational program designed for experienced professionals to advance their careers in aerospace and defense. Participants complete two one-year assignments across various functions such as Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality, with opportunities to relocate to different RTX locations across the U.S. The program provides high-caliber training, mentoring, and leadership development to build a strong global network and prepare graduates for successful long-term careers at RTX.
