Tolmar
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two-year immersive experience for recent college graduates to build a career in operations and manufacturing leadership. Associates complete four six-month rotations across Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T, Operational Excellence, and Quality Systems to gain hands-on exposure and develop technical and leadership capabilities. The program prepares high-potential individuals for potential progression into operations leadership roles with a primary focus on Manufacturing.
