About this role
The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) at Carrier is a three-year rotational development program for early-career associates that provides cross-functional exposure across Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S and Manufacturing. Participants complete three 12-month rotations at U.S. locations to build foundational operations experience, receive mentoring from operations leaders, and prepare for a career in operations.

Qualifications
