Central Transport
The Operations Management Trainee Program is a 16-week training initiative designed for recent or soon-to-be graduating seniors interested in starting a career in logistics. Participants receive hands-on training at the Corporate Office in Michigan and various terminals nationwide to develop operational and managerial skills. Upon completion, graduates are prepared to join the terminal network as supervisors or managers.
