Sompo International is hiring a Pricing Trainee for its New York office. The 18-month Trainee Program, starting July 2026, is designed to equip graduating seniors and recent graduates with foundational business and technical knowledge for careers in insurance pricing and actuarial work. Trainees receive hands-on learning, workplace mentoring, directed self-study, and support for professional development and designation courses.
