Operations Manager, The Villas

The Operations Manager leads and manages the Villas Maintenance and Housekeeping departments at the 78-residence Villas at Snowmass Club, overseeing daily operations, staff, and financial results. This role is accountable for maintenance and cleaning quality, residence readiness, preventive maintenance, and vendor performance while reporting directly to the General Manager. The position also serves as the designated Manager on Duty during the General Manager's absence.
