People Services Coordinator (HR)

The People Services Coordinator supports the daily operations of the People Services department by providing administrative, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and team member support. This position helps ensure efficient HR processes, accurate recordkeeping, compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and a positive team member experience. The role works closely with department leaders and team members to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employment changes and separation, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering service consistent with the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.
