The Site Lead will launch and run Quince’s West Coast B2B decoration production and fulfillment facility, establishing a 5–10k sq ft site and rapidly scaling capacity. The role is responsible for delivering a reliable, integrated production and fulfillment model that meets delivery, quality, cost, and throughput goals. The Site Lead will collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, IT, 3PLs, and vendors to automate workflows and scale operations.
