Operations Manager

The role leads and directs warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uniform performance that meets customer expectations. The position focuses on implementing and enforcing corporate policies, continuous improvement (6S/Lean), and aligning site practices with company goals. The leader will coordinate with plant and corporate management, support equipment and maintenance decisions, and represent the site in regional and corporate meetings.
