Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational execution within a defined manufacturing area, ensuring safe, efficient, and predictable product delivery. This role involves managing daily shop-floor performance, driving adherence to standard operating models, and facilitating cross-functional alignment to meet customer commitments. The position integrates inputs from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
