Operations & Sales Performance

This role focuses on driving leasing, traffic, and resident retention through coaching, training, and performance monitoring while analyzing sales and market data to identify improvement opportunities. The position involves partnering with onsite teams to execute marketing and retention strategies, ensuring properties meet brand standards, and handling escalated resident concerns to maintain a customer-first culture. Financial oversight responsibilities include managing budgets, reviewing P&Ls, and supporting capital planning, alongside team leadership and maintenance coordination to ensure property safety and asset integrity.
