About this role

As the Specialist — Workforce Capability & Engagement, you will lead the design and delivery of workforce capability initiatives to prepare the Emergency Services workforce for community support before, during, and after emergencies. You will coordinate training programs, strengthen engagement, and implement targeted solutions to uplift performance and response readiness across your state or territory. This role involves collaborating with operational leaders to assess capabilities, identify gaps, and foster a resilient, purpose-driven culture aligned with Red Cross values.

Responsibilities
