The Operations Supervisor – Visual Inspection is a supervisory role within Lilly’s parenteral manufacturing organization focused on ensuring the quality and integrity of visual inspection processes for drug products. The position is based at the Kenosha County, WI site and is part of the manufacturing leadership team supporting Lilly’s mission to deliver life-changing medicines. The role interfaces with site leadership and manufacturing functions to support operational and compliance objectives.
