Operations Supervisor

This role coordinates, directs, and oversees manufacturing employees in a 24/7 production environment, serving as the primary point of contact for time and attendance, employee relations, scheduling, and training. The position is responsible for recruitment and retention efforts while fostering a safety-first and people-first culture. The incumbent manages floor-level hourly leaders and supervises a team of 40-60 hourly employees to achieve operational targets through continuous improvement and performance management.
