Operations Training Lead

The Operations Training Lead partners with manufacturing sites to identify training needs and skill gaps, then develops, delivers, or coordinates practical training to address those needs. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Human Resources to ensure employees receive clear, consistent, and job-relevant training on equipment, processes, procedures, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position also supports the documentation and verification of employee training and competency across multiple manufacturing locations.
