Quality

This full-time Quality position reports to the Quality Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring production processes meet superior food safety systems and quality standards from raw material entry to finished product shipment. The role involves performing pre-operational inspections, conducting chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic testing, and maintaining laboratory equipment and cleanliness. The incumbent will generate accurate test results, produce reports for internal and external customers, and monitor Quality, Food Safety, and SQF systems. The position also includes the authority to stop food manufacture if unsafe conditions or quality compromises are encountered.
