Centuri is seeking a professional to manage and oversee all aspects of the Operations Training Program, ensuring participants and instructors adhere to established policies and procedures. The role involves coordinating field personnel with instructors, tracking program benchmarks, and integrating safety policies into every level of development. This position requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of construction and pipeline safety to maximize program efficiencies alongside Superintendents and Foremen.
