This role focuses on owning and systematizing the company's operational functions to enable scaling, including managing vendor relationships, compliance, financial close processes, and company events. The position requires a proactive individual who can build structure from minimal guidance, handle diverse tasks, and leverage tools and agents to execute efficiently. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves overseeing areas such as procurement, billing, contracts, and hiring logistics.
