This role is responsible for the design, development, and transfer of components and finished products, supporting R&D in identifying critical quality attributes and validating test methods. The position involves scaling and automating test methods, managing equipment lifecycles, and developing processes to meet manufacturing needs. It also includes leading line qualification activities, creating production control plans, and supporting pre-commercial builds for product launches. The role requires collaboration with R&D and Supply Chain to model costs, assess product viability, and implement advanced manufacturing strategies for high-volume production.
