Operator Foreman - Demonstration Facility

The Operator Foreman will lead the first demonstration‑scale biochemical production facility, overseeing the transition from construction through commissioning and start‑up, and later managing long‑term commercial operations. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role builds the operational team, ensures safety and technical excellence, and serves as the primary liaison between site operations and executive leadership.
