Vice President, Upstream Process Development

The Vice President of Upstream Process Development will lead the strategy and execution of scaling Bluestem Biosciences' fermentation processes from bench to commercial scale. This senior role combines expertise in strain development, bioprocess engineering, and technology transfer to drive commercialization and optimize techno‑economic performance. The incumbent will collaborate with internal scientific teams and external partners, overseeing process characterization, analytical method development, and on‑site implementation at the demonstration facility.
